Terms and Conditions for Harrogate International Youth Festival – Music & Performing Arts
01: All tickets sold by Harrogate International Youth Festival which is the organising office and promoter of the event.
02: Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
03: We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or money refunded, except in the case of a cancelled performance.
04: Food and drink are not permitted in the auditorium.
05: Use of cameras and any form of recording equipment is strictly prohibited.
06: Patrons are requested to consider others' needs/enjoyment of the event by remaining seated throughout the performance
07: Every effort will be made to seat latecomers but admittance cannot be guaranteed
08: The management of the venues and festival organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or reject any patron, who, in the
opinion of the management or organisers, causes/or may threaten to cause disruption to the performance or offence to other
patrons.
09: Seats are not allocated.
10: The management and organisers reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone appearing to hold a ticket which was bought
by someone else and resold at a profit to the 'new bearer' of the ticket.
11: Please note some events will contain loud music.
12: The management and organisers reserve the right to make alterations to the event or advertised arrangements made
necessary by unavoidable cause/s.
13: Harrogate International Youth Festival –Music & Performing Arts, its employees, servants and /or agents and /or suppliers do
not accept any liability for any death, injury, theft or loss sustained at our venue to any person or their belongings, including
vehicles.
14: The liability of Harrogate International Youth Festival –Music & Performing Arts in respect of any breach of these terms and
conditions, including any implied terms shall not exceed any consequential loss however suffered by the clients or the guests and
shall in any event be limited to the maximum amount invoiced and paid for the party's booking.
15: Harrogate International Youth Festival –Music & Performing Arts does not accept any liability nor will be liable for non
completion of any service or any delays arising as a result of:-
Strikes, riots of lockouts affecting any trade which Harrogate International Youth Festival –Music & Performing Arts is concerned
Adverse weather conditions
Loss, damage or cancellation due to fire, flood of any other cause beyond its control.
16: These terms and conditions are governed by English Law and in the unlikely event of dispute, the parties shall submit to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
17: In accordance with “The Package Travel, Package Tour Regulations 1992” all passengers booking with Hospitality Line Limited -
trading as Harrogate International Youth Festival –Music & Performing Arts are fully insured for the initial deposit and subsequently
the balance of monies paid to us as detailed in your booking confirmation form. The policy will also include repatriation if required,
arising from the cancellation or curtailment of your travel arrangements due to the insolvency of Hospitality Line Limited. This
insurance has been arranged by Towergate Chapman Stevens through HCCI International Insurance Company PLC.
18: In the unlikely event of insolvency you must inform Towergate Chapman Stevens immediately on 1932 334140 or alternatively
in writing to Towergate Chapman Stevens, Towergate House, 22 Wintersells Road, Byfleet, Surrey KT14 7LF. Please ensure you
retain this booking confirmation form as evidence of cover and value.
19: Policy Exclusions: This policy will not cover any monies paid for Travel Insurance or any claim relating to Air Flights. Please
ensure the Company you have booked with has the appropriate CAA / ATOL Bonds in place.
